Alison uses a blend of massage, myofascial, neuromuscular, and craniosacral therapy techniques to ease restrictions, increase range of motion, stretches muscle fibers, increases body awareness, and restore balance to help you move better and perform your best.  Used as preventative care or injury treatment, massage therapy effectively increases range of motion, decreases pain, and speeds recovery.

Alison is also a strength coach* and offers classes and personal sessions to help integrate strength into your movement practices. Strength training helps you become more flexible, resilient to injury, and perform better.

Combination sessions are also available to identify and address imbalances.
